Join MREF’s Board of Directors

There is something truly special about being part of a community contributing to the greater good. The Marketing Research Education Foundation (MREF) was established in 2015 to bridge the education gap for children globally, harnessing the passion of research and insights professionals looking to make a lasting impact.

MREF board members provide meaningful support and contribute to improving the lives of children. MREF’s Board of Directors is a structure designed to engage individuals across the industry and ensure long-term growth and sustainability of the foundation.

Over the last 10 years, the MREF has raised and donated more than $1 million! The Executive Board of Directors is seeking individuals interested in joining the MREF board to help increase the foundation’s reach and double donations over the next 10 years.

Why should I become a member of the Board of Directors?

  • Invitation to in-person networking events

  • First access to sign up to join MREF activities, including vision trips and volunteer opportunities

  • Invitation to attend quarterly virtual board meetings

  • Name and company name with website link on MREF leadership page

  • Company logo with website link on MREF sponsor page

  • Name and company name included in a Quirk’s magazine ad

  • LinkedIn announcement of new board members

  • Social media and blog posts highlighting member involvement  

  • Option to appoint an individual from your organization to the MREF Associate Board

  • MREF administrative support in creating engaging opportunities to maximize employee involvement in and support of MREF signature events and fundraisers

How do I become a member of the Board of Directors?

To join the BOD, an executive or C-level industry member must commit to the following:

  • A $2,500/year contribution to the MREF (minimum two-year gift is required).

  • Participation in MREF events, fundraisers, and opportunities. For MREF fundraising campaigns, this includes financial support and promotion of the campaign.
